Ivy Calico Long Beach, NY

Meet IVY. She is a young CALICO kitty who is just under a year old. Ivy was found outside on a cold winter day lost and shivering. (Ugh) Luckily a good Samaritan brought Ivy to our shelter and she is temporarily staying with a nice foster family. Ivy is SWEET and FRIENDLY and greets her foster family in the morning by rubbing herself around their legs. Her hobbies include staring out the window at squirrels and playing with her favorite toys: Mr. Mouse and a yarn ball. She can also be found sleeping on the couch or the dining room chair. When her meals are about to be served, she adorably flops on the floor in anticipation. Ivy is a bit shy and would thrive in a QUIET ADULT ONLY home with an owner experienced with shy felines. We strongly recommend NO YOUNG CHILDREN. Ivy can live with other cats after a proper introduction. If you would like a WONDERFUL companion cat, come meet Ivy! She is in residence in Long Beach, NY.
