Meet Inky (the Miracle Kitty)
http://www.youtube.com/
Sweet Inky was not given a fair lot in life. She was adopted from us nearly two years ago. Sadly it was not her forever home. She was turned into a rural shelter when she became sick. Luckily we microchip all our pets so we were notified and quickly picked her up. She was very sick but we made sure she got the care she needed. Inky was suffering from Neuro Feline Infectious Peritonitis, which can be deadly for cats. Sadly she became so ill that she was unable to walk and was quickly losing her battle. Planned Pethood started her on a medication in hopes of stopping the FIP and saving her life. This miracle drug gave Inky her life back.
Though she is now free from FIP, she has some lingering effects of the illness (similar to humans when they get very ill). She has some nerve issues and has to wear a diaper as she I unable to control her bladder. Fortunately, Inky doesn't know she is different. The diapers have not slowed her down and she is an active happy girl, who makes everyone around her laugh.
Inky deserves another chance to be happy in her own loving family. One that will stand by her and give her the safety and affection she needs & wants. She needs her own angel. Will you be that for her? Will you help her know that SHE was not at fault for losing her family? And that she is deserving of love, just like everyone else?
Inky is happy and healthy now. She is up to date on her vaccines, microchipped, negative for FIV/ FeLV and spayed.
If you would like information nation on her special needs or have any other questions please reach out to her foster Amy - 7703673822 or email davenportal@gmail.com.
