Hook is a 1-year-old, chunky brown tabby with stripes as bold as his personality. Named after the legendary pirate (but with none of the villainy), Hook is a lovable rogue who adores other cats - he practically swoons over feline friends and would thrive in a home with fellow whiskered companions.
While he may act like the captain of his ship, Hook has a soft side: once he trusts you, he melts into your affection (just... on his schedule). He may hiss if startled or awakened from nap time - it's more of a “what’s the meaning of this?!” than a threat, but he's never been aggressive. New places make him shy, but once he settles in? He’s a purring, playful teddy bear who’s obsessed with toys, window hammocks, and the occasional zoomie adventure with his kitty friends.
Hook is fine being picked up for a brief cuddle cruise, but would prefer a calmer home without young kids. Dogs? He’s cool with those landlubbers too.
