Meet Henry (bonded w/June)
I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Cat Holding 3 (Cat Alley):7Henry and June are a little bit overwhelmed by the shelter, but they rely on each other for comfort. Tuxedo boy Henry is shy but sweet, and he's been growing in confidence as he learns to trust the humans at the shelter. We're hoping his confidence rubs off on his friend June, who is still likely to greet a visitor with a frightened hiss. But, we've discovered that one way to June's heart is with tasty treats - she'll let her guard down if you bring a delicious Churu tube - June will lick that right off your fingers and you can sneak in a few pets in the process. We know that with time and patience and a good role model in her friend Henry, June will come around, too!
Henry and June are a bonded pair and we will only adopt them together.
