Meet Henry
Personality: Independent, Mellow & People-Oriented
Age: 8 Years Old
Size: 23 lbs
Henry, also known as Hagrid, is a big hunk of love looking for a new home. He was surrendered to HSTT when his humans moved away and weren't able to bring him. He's super chatty, outgoing and loves being around people. He's also independent and happy to hang out on his own - perhaps next to a window where he can watch the world go by. He likes to make biscuits in the morning, sunbathe in the afternoon and watch the evening news curled up next to you before bed.
*Henry is a diabetic being treated with insulin injections 2 times a day. Diabetes mellitis is sugar diabetes which is an elevated blood sugar resulting in excess urination and water consumption. It is caused by a lack of the hormone insulin. There are numerous protocols in regards to treating diabetes and your veterinarian may advocate for a different one from ours. Please consult your regular veterinarian for ongoing care.
He is microchipped, neutered and up to date on vaccines. His adoption fee is $75. Email adoptions@hstt.org if you're interested in adopting!
