Meow! My name is Heidi. I am searching for my furrever home. Although I am not sure of my exact birthday, the very nice veterinarian believes I am around 4 years old. I am a short haired Tiger kitty with a white chest. Everyone says I have the cutest round face! Here's a little about myself...
I was trapped by a nice volunteer on Easter day of 2017 with my 6 kittens. I was then placed in a loving foster home, along with my kittens, with a family who let me continue to care for my young until they reached appropriate adoption age. At this time I was a bit timid and my foster family wasn't sure if I was a true feral cat or just scared. But by my daily behavior and the fact that I never showed any aggressive behavior they could tell I had been owned at one point in my life but possibly dumped after some time subjecting my wild extincts to kick in for survival.
I have been in foster care for over a year now and have come a long way! I enjoy slow petting. Sometimes I'll swat if I don't like the petting direction but don't use my nails, mostly just a form of communication. I will run if approached fast or loudly. I love other cats (see pictures) and feel more comfortable when they are around showing affection. I enjoy playing with toys when no one is looking. Dogs do not bother me as long as they are respectful. I like to nap in hiding spots, cat trees, and in the sun.
I am fully vetted. I have been spayed, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, tested negative for FIV/Feline Leukemia, and micro-chipped.
I would love a patient, kind, and loving family to call my own! Hopefully with another friendly kitty. Please consider giving me a furrever home.
