Meet Hazel
Meet Hazel,
Hazel and her baby Daisy were abandoned outside of a Chicago firehouse. The firefighters took them in but these two were afraid and kept hiding under their firetrucks. FFF and their current foster mom stepped in providing them with warmth, love, and safety. Hazel is still just a young thing herself and while she is a very devoted mom, she never got a be a kitten. Her forever home will finally give her that chance. This young lady is going to stay very petite and with her big eyes she is sure to captivate everyone she meets!
This young lady would prefer a home on the quieter side. She will do well with children that can respectfully and gently interact with her. As she is so young, she will need to be adopted into a home that has another young, playful resident cat. She would love to be adopted with her daughter Daisy! They have been through quite the adventure together! Hazel has also been exposed to the resident dog in her foster home and doesn't mind him hanging out.
As Daisy is becoming more independent Hazel is starting to explore her playful side. She does enjoy running and chasing after that elusive red laser dot, and you can catch her, and Daisy involved in some ridiculous and crazy kitty antics together! She's the first to greet all the kids on Halloween, eager to lend a paw handing out candy with her charming smile!
Hazel adores her human friends! If she is sitting on the sofa and you sit down next to her she immediately gets her purr motor, going. Pet her and that purr gets even louder! Pick her up and put her in your lap and she eagerly cuddles down with you! All that warmth and love makes her feel safe. Besides being a cuddle bug, she is a great conversationalist. She's not shy about expressing herself and enjoys sharing her daily musings.
