Hawk American Shorthair & Domestic Short Hair Mix El cerrito, CA

Hawk was rescued by his foster after being tossed out a car window on the local fwy. His foster mom literally save his life by rescuing him across the median, and luckily he suffered only a minor injury on his chin.

Hawk is a rambunctious playmate, high energy. He enjoys exploring, and a warm lap on his own terms. He also loves to chase and play tag with his buddy Grohl, but he would be fine with another existing kitty pal too or a friendly doggie.

Please know that for every one of our cats and kittens who gets posted online, there are 5 who aren’t. If the one you’re applying for finds it’s forever home before you have a chance to meet it, there will be plenty more to meet at our adoption events and we would love to help you find your next furry family member.


All cats and kittens who are adopted out through Community Cat Advocates have been tested, vaccinated to age appropriate levels, microchipped and spayed or neutered. We are a foster based rescue and all cats and kittens live in a foster house when not at adoption events.
