Meet Hariett
FOSTERED IN: Frankfort
ESTIMATED DOB: 2008
COLOR/BREED: Torti, Domestic Shorthair
GENDER: Female
KIDS: Maybe
DOGS: Unknown
CATS: Some
HISTORY:
Harriett came from a hoarding situation
ABOUT:
Harriett came to us from a hoarding situation. This pretty torbie is around 12-13 years old. Senior and shy are a tough combination to adopt out, but it wasn’t going to stop us.
We have had Harriett since late summer, and we have learned a lot about her. We placed her with other cats, and she is fine but tends to get bullied by cats that realize how shy she is. She is currently alone in a foster room.
We found her one weakness.....Fancy Feast Chicken wet food. Pate, chunks, filets.....doesn’t matter. When it’s feeding time, she will run out for pets and love in exchange for her eats.
Her next love is looking out the window and snoozing in a cat tree. She loves the sun shining on her little face.
We told her 2021 is her year, and we need a little help. We need you to share this post so her forever home finds her. We know there is someone out there who is patient and wants to give a senior a break. Someone who wants to let Harriett be herself and not have expectations. Someone who has a window and can keep the Fancy Feast coming!
This is the amazing part of seniors. They ask so little.
If you need any other reason to help, when this foster room opens up, more senior cats can be rescued.
