Meet Harbor
Meet Harbor. Looking to adopt a sweet and sassy cat who loves to play? Harbor might be your girl. This former stray, who got her name after spending a month living in a boathouse in Erie, is shy and timid at first. With a little bit of patience (and wand toys and wet food), she warms up quickly. Once she’s comfortable, Harbor has a big, charming personality and lots of energy. She loves to hoard all of her toys in one pile under her feet after she’s done to remind you they belong to her. She purrs constantly, loves to give headbutts, and is happy to chase and jump after her cat toys for hours. She’s also smart: she figured out how to open a drawer to help herself to catnip in her foster home. She needs a family that is patient, gentle, and willing to play with her and pet her every day. Harbor would do best in a family with no small children, as she is still scared of being picked up and sometimes startled by sudden movements. Harbor is 2-years-old, spayed, vaccinated, FIV/FeLV negative, and microchipped.
