Meet Hansel (male) and Gretel (female)
Hansel (male) and Gretel (female) are two of 4 orange and white kittens rescued from a trailer park, but have lived indoors all their lives. They are around 5 months old. Both are purr machines!
Hansel is a live wire! Loves his toys, has boundless energy, and is endlessly curious and playful. He is a cat who needs space to run (but only indoors). He likes to chase and roll and pounce, and toss his toys around.
Gretel does not. Smaller, quieter, more cuddly but still playful. She has been plagued with an eye problem from day one, and constant treatments have made her a little hand shy at first, but she likes to be held and petted.
It had always been the intention to adopt these two as a pair. But Hansel grew to be so much bigger ( and rougher) that it was decided that they could be separated. When we tried that they both cried constantly for two days! So, despite being the odd couple, they are back together as a pair.
Good tempered, like to sleep with you and enjoy bird watching.
All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.
If you are interested in any of our kitties, you must complete an online cat adoption application available at www.rescueahart.org/adopt/cat-application. The application will put you in touch with a HART volunteer.
