Meet Hansel and Gretel (Bonded Pair)
Hansel and Gretel are 4-month-old beautiful sisters looking for a nibble on your sweet, sweet home.
Come in from the cold dearies, sit by the fire, have a lollipop and let me tell you of Hansel and Gretel. This adorable pair of siblings found their way to our door when they were just 8 weeks old. Alone and afraid, they were initially leery of our home, but have slowly come out of their shells, becoming the most playful and cuddly little cherubs.
Gretel (Lynx point) is the most particular and will spend significant time finding just the right spot on your lap or chest to snuzzle into. Once she’s found it, she’ll gaze at you with her piercing blue eyes and melt your heart. She also found her voice early, learning from our previous foster. She taught Gretel how to announce that it’s dinner time. Don’t worry, she’ll just wait. Here. Asking. For. DINNER.
Hansel (tabby) loves to play and will make a toy out of anything. Find her jumping up and down in a sun beam, stretching for her favorite toy: dust floating in the sunlight. Other top toy contenders have been a random screw found on the floor, the welcome mat, and a bookmark ribbon (I guess no one was reading that anyway).
When she’s not making a toy out of something, Hansel is lounging in the stretchiest of fashions. You’ll find her elongated on the couch or reaching as far as she can with just her toes stretched to touch you while she dozes. She’s always a single glance or a touch away from being the ultimate purr machine. While playing, resting getting pets or just when she sees you first thing in the morning, the purrs abound.
Hansel and Gretel are being fostered together. They have had other foster cats in the home, as well as two foster parents and a seventeen-year-old foster brother (human). They haven’t spent time with any dogs.
This pair of best buddies will be adopted out together into a loving home that will appreciate their funny antics, snuggly attention, playful nature, and fairytale good looks.
There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate.
Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.
All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
