Meet Hally

HALLY is a petite young solid black female teenager kitten about 11 months old. She and her sister SALLY were rescued with their mom when they were about 6 months old, and put into a loving foster home. They were scared and afraid of humans at first, but after 4 months, they are making great progress, and their playful personalities have blossomed. They love toys on strings, laser pointers, and little toy mice – and they will come to their foster parents when beckoned. Hally loves scratches on her neck and down her back (after she learns that she can trust you), but she is not yet a fan of being picked up. They both love to climb and feel most comfortable on high perches. They are very friendly and accepting of other cats, and Hally especially likes to follow the other cats around and mimics them. They are great with the litter box, and with their scratching posts. These girls are ready to find loving owners who are patient, encouraging, and kind as they slowly exhibit their bravery and trust in their new forever home. Shy kitties often make the most devoted lifelong companions! Hally and Sally can be adopted together for a special sponsored fee of $150, but they are independent enough that they can also be adopted separately for a fee of $100 each. (It would be important, however, that there be at least one other playful young kitty in the household.) Hally has been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (she is negative), spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, defleaed and dewormed, plus you get a free vet exam. She is currently in foster care. For adoption consideration, complete an application at www.CatRescues.org/forms or paper copy available at either Eugene PetSmart store. Once we have your application, a volunteer will call to determine best fit and arrange a possible meet/greet.
