Meet Guthrie
Guthrie came to us because he was too aggressive in his previous locations. When he arrived, he certainly fit that description. A few of us felt the sharpness of his teeth and claws. However, we also saw a softer side to him, a curiosity and gentler side to him. With caution, we kept interacting with him and over the course of several months he as become the cat he is now. Guthrie is super affectionate, seeks out attention, gives rubs and nuzzles!
To be clear, he still has his slightly unpredictable side so he needs a cat savvy home for sure. But we know that the right person will see his potential and do the work to continue his development into the awesome companion he will be. Being that he is only about 1 he still has some maturing to do!
