Meet Guinevere
Meet Guinevere! This gorgeous 3-year-old is a transfer from Alabama. Guinevere is full of love, cuddles, and would gladly spend the entire day on your lap! She is extremely affectionate, firmly believes that humans are the best kind of furniture, and has great litter box skills. She occasionally enjoys chasing toys around the house and has typical torti-tude! So a family who will love and appreciate this personality will love her to pieces!

***Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the board of directors at Underdog has made the difficult decision to only do essential care for pets in our care. This is to limit Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that we may be called on to use in emergency situations or to give to hospitals. We are 100% committed to getting all of our animals spayed and neutered as soon as everything calms down in our community.
This animal has not been spayed/neutered. In order to guarantee we will be seeing this animal back when we are no longer worried about PPE, we are charging adopters an additional $100 deposit. Our vet clinic is at 231 S Fair Oaks Ave in Madison, and our staff will reach out to you when we are able to resume our spays and neuters. Within 6 months, you as the adopter will agree to bring this animal back and you'll receive your $100 deposit back in cash. In order to facilitate this, we are giving priority on our un-altered animals to local adopters. We do have many animals who have come to us already spayed and neutered, so please look at other pets on our site if you do want to adopt from Underdog, but live out of the area.
**Please note: Our animals live in foster homes throughout the Madison area. We do not have a shelter where animals are available for daily viewing. Applying is the first step in our process.**
Underdog Pet Rescue of Wisconsin, Inc. cats are up to date on the following medical treatments before adoption:
Spay or Neuter
Rabies and distemper up to date (as age appropriate-kitten adopters may need to provide their adopted pets with rabies vaccine and distemper boosters if adopted before 14 weeks OR they have the option of bringing the pet to Underdog for complimentary completion of these vaccines)
FeLV/FIV test (FeLV only for kittens under six months)
Microchip
Our adult cat adoption fee is $50. Our kitten adoption fee (under 5 mo) is $125. If two kittens are adopted at the same time, our adoption fee is $200 for the pair!
*Please note that all breeds noted are estimates or best guesses. We very rarely have information on our animals' actual breeds since they often come to the shelters we work with as strays*
