Greyson (a.k.a. Mamacita)'s Story

This petite young ex-momma came into care with her three six-week-old kittens after being rescued and lovingly cared for by a compassionate woman when her babies were newly born. Even at her young age, she proved to be an amazing mother — earning the nickname Mamacita (Spanish for “little mother”).

Always alert and protective, she didn’t have the chance to show her true personality while raising her kittens. But now that her little ones are adopted and she finally has time to herself, Grayson is rediscovering her own kittenhood — playful, curious, and full of life.

Grayson is also incredibly affectionate. Are you a busy person working long days? No problem for this independent girl! She’s quite used to entertaining herself and will happily spend her time bird-watching, people-watching, or rearranging scatter rugs and toys while you’re away.

When you come home, she’ll greet you with joyful kitten-like antics that are sure to make you smile. That said, she also adores human companionship and would be thrilled to spend her days near you if you work from home or have lots of time to give.

We’re still learning whether Grayson enjoys the company of other pets, but we’ll be getting a better sense of that as she waits for her forever family.

Grayson will be ready to go home after her vet check, spay, and full vaccinations.

Does Grayson seem like the purrfect fit for you?
