Meet Gretel

Meet Gretel! She and her brother Hanzel lost their mother at a very young age and have been together through thick and thin ever since. Gretel is about a 16 week old female Tuxedo kitten, born around the end of November in 2020. We would really prefer if these two bonded siblings stayed together! This pet is spayed, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and microchipped.

Gretel is a shy girl who had a bumpy start to life. The poor baby had two seizures when she was a baby(she doesn’t have them anymore) and it seems to have affected her depth perception. As such, she Tends to be a little more clumsy than your typical kitten as well as taking a little longer to learn things, but that doesn’t stop her from enjoying life and being adorable!

Gretel is still learning that people are an awesome source of love and attention, so her new family will need to be patient with her as far as getting snuggles or expecting physical signs of love and affection.

While Gretel may take a while to warm up to people, if you are looking for a little sister for your current fur baby, then Gretel is a perfect choice! She warms up to older cats so adorably quickly and will follow them around all day, cuddle with them at every opportunity, and creates many picture perfect moments for her fur parents to capture! Gretel LOVES crinkle toys that she can bat around and chase at her own pace, and since she is so uncoordinated, its so cute and fun to watch her play while she makes her cute little bird chirps all over the place!

Gretel is already litter trained and has been taught to stay off counters. She definitely has a preference for scratchers that lay on the floor and we definitely recommend keeping the cat trees and tows on the shorter side since she tends to fall or slip often.
