Meet Grasshopper,

Grasshopper is a handsome, 11-week-old male, buff orange tabby with short haired. He was born into foster care with his brothers Silverfish, Cricket and Cicada. Their mother Winnie was a friendly, but un-owned young cat. She was persuaded into a crate in a shed and actually gave birth a few days later. All five went into foster care where they were given a healthy diet, shelter and medical care. Winnie, though adjusting to indoor life, allowed her babies to be handled and monitored by their foster parents. Grasshopper is so cute to watch while he plays, jumps, and runs around.

Grasshopper becomes more and more affectionate as he grows older. He wants to sit in your lap or sit by your feet or at least be in the same room. Grasshopper, like his totem namesake, is a great jumper - flying through the air, defying physics as he twists and turns. He puts on a brave face but the instant he realizes he is stuck, he will cry out for his people to save him! He is so handsome with his unusually buff color and light tabby stripes underneath. He used to a quieter home, but could likely adjust to any environment. Grasshopper has never been alone - always surrounded by his brothers, other foster kittens, or humans. He might be best suited to a home where he isn't left along for long periods of time - preferring instead to be with another kitten (maybe his brother Cicada) or a stay-at-home-human so he doesn't get too lonely!
