Gracie and Sootie Domestic Medium Hair Leesburg, VA

Gorgeous Gracie was rescued when she was found with a colony of cats. With her long silvery coat she stood out from the rest. She was ready to go and didn't even need to be trapped! Gracie was then brought to a foster home to be assessed and brought to the vet. Once she was more relaxed it became obvious that she was due to have a litter of littles soon. She was given a room to nest and plenty of food to help her little kindle grow. Her foster family has been working with our Gracie girl to grow her confidence as well.

Gracie always seemed to be missing her kittens and soon her foster family brought in a new kindle of littles. It didn’t take long for Gracie to find the kitten most in need of the love and care of mama.

With her long gray coat, Sootie is a mini-Gracie. They bonded almost immediately. Sootie and Gracie each taking comfort in each other. Gracie started caring for Sootie like one of her own - snuggling, grooming, and loving on her. Sootie is a sweet and playful little girl of about 7 months old. She has even learned a new trick - she plays fetch!

Mama Gracie has been through quite a bit even though she is barely over a year old. She may always be a bit reserved but enjoys attention. A quiet home without small children or dogs would be best for our bashful beauty. Gracie has been good with other cats. Gracie and Sootie are happiest when they have each other.

Mama Gracie and Sootie have both been vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped and are ready to move right in.
