Galena (Beer kittens) Domestic Short Hair Warminster, PA

Born in early June, Galena was rescued off the streets of Philadelphia with her brother Aramis. Galena is a very sweet and snuggly kitty. She is not a scaredy cat but she takes a little bit of time to get comfortable with a new person. Once she knows you, Galena will come up to you to get snuggles while she purrs and purrs. She will even do adorable little meows to let you know she wants your attention. She is a playful girl who enjoys interactive toys and loves playing with her brother and other kitties in her foster home. She is cautiously friendly with people who visit. Once she's spent a little time with a new person, Galena will be eager for them to play with her and give her pets. She especially enjoys attacking fishing pole type toys when you play with them with her. Because Galena is such a playful and social kitty, she would do best if adopted with her brother Aramis or into a home that has another young kitty she can play with. She will need an adopter who will allow her some time to get acclimated and comfortable with new surroundings and new people.
