PLEASE DO NOT use the Petfinder Adopt Me application because we require more information. Instead please use our online application request form only on our ADOPT page on our website: http://forgottenfelinesct.org Call us at 860-669-1347 for more information or to speak with an adoption team member. NOTE: You should receive an automatic reply email when you apply online. If you do not receive one, please resubmit your application (sorry- there are sometimes glitches when applying from a mobile device!!). In cases where a requested cat or kitten gets adopted before we get to your application, please let us know if you are open to adopt any other cat or kitten, otherwise your application is not processed. Thanks!!! Adoption fee: Adults: $200 Kittens: $250
