Meet Frankie
Frankie is a 2-year-old handsome lug of a guy who adores people and can’t wait to find his forever home!
Frankie is looking for a home where he can be loved and doted on. He feels this is only fair, as he is a real looker with his kissable face, big paws, and striking blue eyes.
Frankie is not a shrinking violet and absolutely has to be involved in and “helping” his people with whatever they’re doing. You can expect him to be at your feet helping you cook, on the couch on your lap, on your desk with a paw on your hand helping you type, and chatting with you all day. He’s got opinions, but don’t we all?
He loves playtime, purring, and looking out windows. He really likes companionship, so would do well in a home where he can have plenty of 2- or 4-legged company. He is good with other cats, would probably do fine with dogs, and loves people.
He can get overstimulated and use his teeth to communicate (it’s not angry, it’s just a lack of manners and overexcitement) but for this reason, he would do better without young children, as he’s a big boy! Cat-savvy older kids would be okay, particularly if they can help him redirect his energy by playing with toys, active chase games, etc. Like many of us, Frankie’s behavior improves tremendously after he’s had lots of time to get his yayas out.
You’ll also notice that Frankie has his own unique strut, due to a slight malformation in his ankles. Because of this, he may need some help jumping down from things to ensure a soft landing, but otherwise he’s not bothered by this minor issue at all.
