Meet Florence
Florence is a 3-year-old cuddle bug who wants the perfect home to snuggle up in. A true lap cat through and through, she just wants to spend time with her people.
Florence is an extremely mellow girl, always very go-with-the-flow attitude. She is the most cuddly cat we've ever had, spending all night with you in bed and then finding a cozy spot to nap the day away near you or in the window watching the birds go by.
Florence loves to hang out more than anything, if you're on the couch she's on the couch, if you're in bed she's in bed. She likes her own space at times, but really just likes being in the same room as you and preferably in your lap while you curl up and watch a show together.
Florence will excitedly eat breakfast before stretching and grooming, and then moving on to the window to watch the outside and then settle in for a nap. She'll get up to patrol the house and make sure everything is in the right place, then climb into the tower to watch you work and take another nap. After her evening dinner is another grooming session and good cuddling time in your lap on the couch. She is curious about play and likes to follow around a feather toy as it darts behind walls and furniture. She's always excited to follow it around and then gingerly tap it.
She lives with her two foster parents at home, with one of them working from home most days and providing her company.
Florence would love to go to a home where she would get a lot of love and attention from people who will gladly make laps and blankets available for her to nestle into. We think she would do okay with children, potentially not very young children as she is sometimes skittish still. She is a classic lap cat, so she wants to snooze and cuddle in her forever home.
There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate.

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
