Flapjack
Male, Black
DOB 6/4/2022
Neutered, Vaccinated, FIV/FeLV Negative, Microchipped
Special Needs
Flapjack had a rough start to life. He was found wandering the streets at 6mos old having survived a harsh midwest winter alone with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH, or Wobbly Cat Syndrome). Because of this he is very hesitant of humans at first but once you get him to warm up he’s all purrs and biscuits. He will need a person who understands him and can work with him on his terms. Jack’s CH is moderate, but definitely edging toward the severe side of that. He is very shaky and walks with a wide back stance. He can eat and drink on his own and uses the litter box well. He does need help with grooming and may require regular baths. Flapjack will need a space with carpet or rugs as he slips on slick surfaces.
We don’t want Flapjack to be lonely! He’ll need to be adopted into a home that already has cats or along with a buddy from The Ranch.
Suggested donation of $100+. The Ranch Cat Rescue is a not for profit organization and operates through private funding and donations. For more details and to apply visit theranchcatrescue.org/adopt
