Fitz's Story

Introducing Fitz

This is one, big, gentle and handsome boy! Fitz is a 2-year old domestic short hair brown tabby with white. He weighs in at just a skosh over 16 pounds!

Fitz was living as a free roaming cat in a mobile home park, but he struggled living on his own. A wonderful rescuer stepped in and brought him to safety.

He had a painful fractured tooth, which has been removed and he's oh so happy now. Fitz' foster moms feel head over heels for him. They describe him for us:

"The Admirable Fitz: This huge, sweet boy is a perfect gentleman who needs room to run, people to play with and lots of loves. His house manners are excellent (scores 100% in litterbox, scratching post and permitting claw clipping) and is excellent company. He would make a perfect home office cat. Although he might be shy at first, he loves laps and always wants to be where people are. He adores his crunchy food, so he really needs exercise, but isn't all that good at amusing himself and he needs someone (or another active cat) to make time to play with him (followed by lap time in a recliner). He enjoys Youtube bird videos, but can get scared if something large comes toward the camera. Will sometimes (gently) grab your leg as you walk by, so tripping hazard for the very young or old."

Fitz has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, viral tested and dewormed. He's ready to go!
