Meet Fiona
Fiona is a 2-year-old loving companion looking for her forever home.
Fiona likes to be pet and sit on her human's lap. She purrs almost instantly. She prefers to be with you rather than away from you. She is not used to being picked up but can be when held securely.
Fiona spends her days climbing into the laps of her companions, wrapping her body around their legs for affection or bird watching. She is now an indoor cat and seems content with this lifestyle. Fiona likes to play with balls and feathers. While she is mostly a calm cat, she does appreciate a fake fur mouse that she comes across on the floor.
Fiona had five kittens at a very young age. She was an amazing mother but is ready to focus on finding her forever home. Fiona currently lives in an active household with four boys, one girl, two parents, and a dog. She does well with the chaos but would also do well in a quieter home.
Fiona would do well in a home with a cat lover who could give her lots of lap time. She isn't used to being picked up, so small children who don't understand that would likely get scratched when she squirmed to get down. Fiona likes other cats and engages well with them. She does well with dogs who do not bother her. Otherwise, she would do best with a slow introduction, and I feel she would be able to be successful in a home with a dog.
There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate.
Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.
All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
