Figaro's Story

Meet Felix and Figaro! These brothers were born on 2/4/26. They seem to have two energy levels — high speed and sleep mode! They are very curious and love to explore, wrestle, and play all day long. When they finally tire out, you can find them cuddled up asleep just about anywhere. When they want your attention, they will let you know with their squeaky little meows and ankle rubs. They bring so much joy to those around them. And they can’t wait to find their furever homes!

Figaro (grey tabby) can be a little shy at first. Once he warms up, he will never leave your side. He is very affectionate and loves to follow you around. He is a purr machine and also enjoys his food and treats. He loves to play with spring toys and plush mice.

They have not been introduced to dogs yet but with a slow and proper introduction, they should be fine. They also have not spent time with children but should have no problem with respectful and patient families. They do get along with other cats. Due to their young ages and high energy levels, these boys will need to be adopted into homes where they will have another feline friend to play with and learn from.

Figaro is neutered, microchipped, FVRCP vaccinated, and has tested negative for FeLV and FIV.

!!! Completion of the application and interview process does not guarantee an adoption approval or guarantee the adoption of a particular cat or kitten. Desert Paws Rescue is a privately run, all-volunteer, non-profit organization and reserves the right to refuse any adoption that is not in the best interest of the cat or kitten, based on our principles, policies, and standards. Desert Paws Rescue will determine the best home for each cat or kitten based on the application and interview process. After review of the adoption consultation form and the completion of the interview with a Desert Paws representative, Desert Paws Rescue may recommend a different cat or kitten that is more suitable to your household.
