MEET FELIX!

This stunning house panther is named Felix! He's around 13 years old and was surrendered to City of Elderly Love because his former owner could no longer care for him. Fortunately for him, he was able to bypass the shelter-system and went straight to foster care so we could help him find the perfect forever home.

Felix is SO CLOSE to being able to say he's a black cat except that he has the tiniest splotch of white on his chest. He's also just as sweet as he looks. He's an excellent snuggler and may even try to spoon you in bed! He's currently living in foster care with other cats and large dogs. He gets along with everyone great and mostly keeps to himself around them. He's also happily living with two young kids! This well-rounded boy is such a gem.

Felix has one little quirk. He was surrendered due to having issues pooping in the litter box (but not urinating). We've found that he prefers the litter box be very clean before he does his business. We're not sure why, perhaps a secondary symptom from being declawed which happens with some cats. His veterinary diagnostics have all proven that he's a healthy boy. So while he may need some patience and understanding with this issue, this sweet boy is so worth it!
