Fabio’s Story
Meet Fabio, a 4-year-old Ragdoll whose life hasn’t been easy, but whose heart remains full of love. Once a stray wandering the busy city streets, Fabio learned to survive on his own — yet through it all, he never lost his gentle spirit or his craving for human affection.
When he was finally rescued, it was discovered that Fabio is FIV positive. This doesn’t stop him from living a full, happy life — it just means he needs a little extra understanding and the right kind of home. Fabio would do best as the only cat, where he can soak up all the love and attention he’s been missing, or he could share his home with another FIV-positive friend who understands his journey.
Fabio adores being loved on — he’ll nuzzle your hand for pets, lean into your touch, and purr as if to say “thank you” for noticing him. After years of being overlooked on the streets, Fabio is ready for someone to finally look at him and see what he truly is — a survivor, a sweetheart, and a cat who just wants a forever home to call his own.
