Emmy & Hercules Maine Coon Bethel, CT

Meet Hercules & Emmy, gorgeous 10-year-old Maine Coon siblings. Their owner passed away late last year and his daughter inherited the kitties. Unfortunately, she is now moving across the country and is unable to take this dynamic duo with her. Being that Hercules and Emmy have lived with one another over the past decade, we are looking for an adopter to take them together.

Both are very sweet and low maintenance cats. Hercules, the fluffy tiger, is extremely personable and always wants to be by your side. He also loves to explore and is always up for adventure. His sister, Emmy, is more laid back, but is very friendly and playful. Neither are lap cats, but both love attention on their own terms. Hercules sleeps with his owner every night and loves pets and chin scratches right before bed. Emmy is eager to hang out next to the computer during most work days and is a great co-worker. They are also very neat and appreciate being pampered with regular brushings.

They especially enjoy catnip flavored treats - Hercules loves to chase them and is always first in line for wet food (his enthusiastic, yet faint, meow at dinner time is absolutely adorable). Both cats are in excellent health and have seen the same vet their entire lives. They previously lived with a dog, but now definitely enjoy being the only non-humans in the home.
