Meet Emmie & Eddie (Bonded Pair)
Eddie and Emmie are siblings – both gray and white with medium-length hair. Eddie has a ‘smear’ of gray fur to the right side of his nose and Emmie has one on the right side of her nose as well as gray fur below her nose!
These two play well together – ball in a ring is popular as well as pipe cleaners coiled around a pencil to make a ‘spring’. They get tossed in the air, batted around, lost under furniture so they have to be hunted, and carried throughout the house. They also like soft toys to carry in the mouth, catnip, and the cat dancer to attack.
They need prescription food that has helped their intestines process their food and form firm stools. They may not need to be on it their whole life but should remain on it through 2021 when you can work with their vet to see how a transition will go. They have been appropriately dewormed and, hopefully, with time, the gut will mature and accept an otc food. They will come with a generous supply of this food.
Both kittens curl up to sleep together, as well as play together, and both come to their foster to be lap kids or just to be next to her.
Both are a little shy about guests to the home and have not been exposed to children or dogs. A visiting cat-friendly dog is looked at with suspicion.
There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate.
Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.
All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
