Meet Emma
Emma is a sweet, gentle kitty who came to us when her owners could no longer afford to treat her diabetes. They asked a local vet to euthanize her, but the vet took pity on Emma and asked us to take her in. Emma's diabetes is slowly getting under control, and we are working with special diets (prescription and non-prescription) to help get her weight under control as well. Emma is the nicest of cats and would do much much better in a home environment. She is eligible for our Care for Life plan, in which MRFRS covers the cost of Emma's care for the rest of her life.
Come meet Emma today at our meet and greet center at The Cat Tail Inn at Muddy Creek Animal Care Center on Route 133 in Rowley. They are open M-F 7am-7pm (closed Weds 1-3pm) and Sat 8am-2pm. The staff at Cat Tail Inn will be glad to introduce you to Emma or any of our adoptable cats who are housed there!
