Meet Ed
Hi, my name is Ed! Here is what would work best for me in my new home:
-Personality: Sensitive to change, but affectionate once comfortable
-Can Live with Cats: No thanks, I was surrendered for fighting with cats in my previous home
-Can Live with Dogs: No thanks, I would prefer to be the only pet in the home
-Can Live with Kids: No, I will need an adult-only home
-Needs Indoor Only Home: Not required
-History of Litter Box Issues: No
-Energy Level: Medium
-Bite History: No
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Nope!
Additional Information: Ed is a sensitive kitty who takes a while to adjust to new environments/situations. He was pretty shut down when he first arrived at the shelter, but has since gotten more comfortable and affectionate. We think Ed will be a totally different cat once he's had time to settle into his new home, but since he is so sensitive we are requiring he be adopted by someone with cat-experience. Ed would likely do best in a quiet, low-traffic home where he can relax and isn't constantly overwhelmed. If you think you would be Ed's perfect match, the first step toward adoption is filling out an application.
