Meet Duke & Dexter !!

I’ve had these handsome brothers since Spring of this year. Both were living with a widow who could no longer care for them due to her medical reasons . Duke and Dexter only knew her and had very little human interaction with other people. When I took them in they were very scared and confused. It’s expected as the only human they knew had to surrender them. The lady was devastated to let them go.

These boys love me but are still very fearful. They trust me & will let me do anything to for the most part. It will take time for them to get to that point with someone new. These guys are brothers and are best friends.

Dexter is the more social one of the two. He often greets me & lays by my feet while I'm watching TV. Duke is the more timid one. He usually follows Dexter and stays pretty close to him.

Duke nor Dexter have never ever once had an accident or any other behavioral issues.

Whoever adopts these boys definitely need to have patience and lots of love for them. Your home is their safezone!

Both Duke and Dexter are HIGHLY food motivated & I promise you treats are how you will win their trust. This duo just needs someone willing to give the time, structure & love! They have lots of love to give if you are patient and can wait to earn their trust.

Duke and Dexter were born in 2018 or 2019 are dewormed, up to date on vaccinations, neutered and tested negative for FELV/FIV
