Meet Dorothy
At 12 years old, this sweet senior is waiting for a kind human to love her. Her name is "Dorothy and as we all know, there's no place like home. Being on the quiet side and having hyperthyroidism, she has been overlooked by potential adopters. We want you to see what a sweet companion she will make.
Dorothy spends most of her time snoozing in her favorite snuggle bed and never misses a moment to soak up the warmth of the sun! The shelter is a bit overwhelming for her. She would love a quiet home and does best with a slow, gentle approach for affection. What's one way to get her attention and some happy purrs you ask...? Pop open some wet kitty food and she's your best friend! At times, she enjoys a nibble of catnip and treats. Dorothy receives daily medication (methimazole) to help control her hyperthyroidism.
