Meet Donna #427

Hello.
I am a sweet little girl. My name is Donna. I am not as bold as my litter mates, but follow them around the foster home . I play well with other cats and kittens. I am getting more confident everyday. I am litter box trained. I love to play and sleep with my litter mates. I was born July 1 ,2025. I would love to be in a home with other cats or kitten.

All my Vet work is completed. Spayed, dewormed, flea treated, Distemper and Rabies shots. I tested Negative for Fiv and Felv.

Ready to meet you. I am a flashy black panther.
Have a great day.

“Cats on the Border” is a ground-breaking program of Paws & Claws Society developed and funded as an expansion of their SAFER (Stray and Feral Eminent Rescue) program. The primary goal of the program is to end the cycle of cruelty caused by cat overpopulation on the border between NY and PA. Over the last ten years, more than 4,000 cats and kittens found in feral colonies have been given a new lease on life thanks to PACS “Cats on the Border” initiative.

Adoptable cats and kittens removed from feral colonies in the communities of Rome and Warren Center, PA and Nichols, Barton and Waverly, NY are socialized, completely vetted and offered for adoption. PACS and “Cats on the Border” program partners are working diligently to insure that adoptable cats and kittens have a chance for a wonderful life in a loving home, off the streets where their parents were abandoned.

Paws and Claws Society of NJ has funded 100% of the cost of services, including spay/neuter surgeries, rabies and distemper vaccinations, FIV/Leukemia disease testings, as well as all approved medical treatment. Additional "Cats on the Border" services provided have included food, medications, parasite treatment and adoption opportunities.

SAFER “Cats on the Border” program is a very successful example of a tri-state collaboration between NJ, NY & PA for the benefit of animals. We are blessed and give thanks to the hard-working local volunteers who give their all to end the “cycle of cruelty caused by pet overpopulation.
