Meet Donex! Donex came to CCHS as a stray. He's only around a year in age. He had quite a nasty leg injury that just wouldn't heal so his front, right leg had to be amputated. He was also quite matted and full of burrs so he had to be shaved down. He so badly wants to trust people but he is wary. When approached, he'll hunker down in his bed and he may hiss but if you talk softly and pet him, he'll purr and purr and purr. Donex deserves a safe life where he will be given time to blossom and open up. If you have the home for him, apply today!

My adoption fee has been sponsored. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All cats and kittens have been vaccinated for Distemper, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will also be vaccinated for Rabies, blood tested for FeLV/FIV, and vaccinated for Feline Leukemia. Cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
