Meet DJango (form. Willie Nelson)
Django is a misunderstood and sweet boy who was adopted from the shelter under prior management and unfortunately returned upon his owner's passing. He was traumatized by his family leaving, and was alone in the home, for over a month until he was brought back to the shelter. During this month, there was no power in the home, and DJ was only intermittently fed and given water by the landlord. It was a very trying time for him and definitely eroded his confidence in humans. Thus, DJango can be shy, and needs the ongoing support and devotion of an engaged caretaker to open up. He has already made huge strides with his favorite people at the shelter, and will continue to thrive with that same love in a forever home!
