Please say hello to the sweetest duo of kittens - Dixie and Lima Bean! The cutest mother/daughter, best friends, or pseudo-sibling pair you could find! They started out life in difficult circumstances and are ready for a loving home to share together!

Dixie is a beautiful black panther - about a year old with shiny, silky fur. This sweetheart was found abandoned and pregnant by For Animals, Inc. She was hungry and super skinny, and unfortunately gave birth to two stillborn kittens. She was sad and heartbroken over their loss, and wasn't too sure about humans.

She came to her foster home after being spayed and spent the first few nights calling out to her missing babies. It just so happens that Waggytail Rescue had a little kitten that had no mother or siblings to play with, so little Miss Lima Bean came to the same foster's house, where she met Dixie. Lima Bean had been found on the streets at such a young age but somehow managed to survive and stay safe.

When they met, it was love at first sight. Whether Dixie believes that Lima Bean is her daughter or whether she knew they had gone through similar tough backgrounds, Dixie became the best mom and friend to Lima Bean. She groomed her, showed her how to play, played with her, and cuddled with her so she wasn't lonely.

Lima Bean loves to play with Dixie too, especially to chase her around or climb on her. She also loves to chase anything that moves, such as springs or balls. Dixie's favorite toy is a soft stuffed mouse that she can bat around and cuddle with.
They are both litter box-trained, love to eat, are sweet and fun, and just the best bonded pair you can imagine!

They also love other cats, and Lima Bean likes belly rubs and pets. Dixie is a bit shy still but she will come for head scratches and pets, and she LOVES treats! With a bit more time and patience, Dixie seems destined to be a snuggly lap cat.
These two girls must be adopted together, but when you see how great they are with each other, you wouldn't want to break them apart!
