Meet Dezi
Dezi came from a colony where many cats were living an indoor/outdoor life at a roofing company. He was trapped, neutered and medically treated before being released back to the colony. Unfortunately, when the company closed, there no longer was anyone to feed them and no way for them to get out of the elements. Dezi was brought to UCHS March 21/23 and has potential to be a friendly cat, but he could also be a shadow cat to be admired from afar. With patience and a loving home, anything is possible. At this time, Dezi has started to accept pets if you move slow and allow him to realize you are not going to hurt him. He has a slight clouding of his right eye and it has been treated. It is likely that it will improve on it's own in time but the veterinarian gives no guarantees.
