Denna (Returned) Domestic Medium Hair Trenton, NJ

Denna is a very sweet and pretty but rather timid young adult. In addition to the white spot on her chest, she also has two white toes on each front foot, and some white on her belly. She was surrendered to the shelter by someone who could no longer keep her, but this is all we know about the first 18 months of her life. Denna absolutely adores treats such as Temptations. With a great deal of patience and many treats, Denna's foster mom won Denna's trust. Denna does not really like to be held, but she climbed onto her foster mom's lap and rolls around on the floor next to her foster mom for head and neck rubs. Until moving into the adoption center where she is now, Denna shared her foster room with two almost-adult kittens and seemed calmer and more confident with them around. She will probably do best in a quiet home with a patient adopter who understands the gratification of earning a shy animal's trust. Another mellow cat in the same home would be a bonus.
