What is Panora P.E.T.S.’s adoption process?

We ask that interested parties please fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire prior to lining up an appointment to meet the pet of interest. Please fill out the questionnaire only if you are seriously considering adopting an animal.  Click on the "Adoption Application" button to the right and then select the appropriate form, either cat or dog questionnaire.  Once you have submitted the questionnaire, a volunteer adoption coordinator will contact you usually within 24 hours. Please be patient. Interested in meeting some of our beautiful kitties? Please visit us at our shelter located at 114 W Main Street - Panora, Iowa, on Saturday afternoons from noon to 4pm.  You can also visit some of our adoptables at the Petco Jordan Creek location at 6805 Mills Civic Pkwy in West Des Moines, Iowa, during their normal business hours. ALL dog meet/greets are by appointment-only. Thank you for your interest in one of our adoptables. We are thankful you are choosing to adopt.

What is Denali’s adoption fee?
