Meet Dax

Dax is a mostly white, short-haired male kitten. Dax is another one of our sweet, cuddly fellows who climbs up your leg to say hello. He is the adventurous and playful. He is a rough and tumble guy, for short spurts and like to wrestle with the rest of the cat cafe crew. He is the big greeter of his and is constantly asking for attention. He is an extremely happy kitty and is very vocal. Dax loves cafe life and will do best with another kitten companion.

This guy is special needs because he has a curved spine, Scoliosis in cats is congenital, meaning that it is present at birth or shows up sometime shortly thereafter. Scoliosis is an abnormal position or curvature of the spine, and his is a congenital defect.

Dax has an increased relative risk for soft-tissue compression-problems like ligaments and spinal discs. Keeping Dax lean will help reduce pressure on the spine. With regular check-ups and a strong wellness plan, Dax will go on to live a very long and healthy life!
