Darkbow Turkish Van & Maine Coon Mix Jefferson, LA

Meet Darkbow! Darkbow was brought to JPAWS as a stray kitten. We noticed he was walking funny on his back legs when we volunteered to photograph him. It turns out, he had a luxating patella and thankfully the shelter vet was able to repair it. But he needed 6 weeks of cage rest post op. He became a shelter staff favorite staying in the vet office for recovery and they asked us to help to find him the very best home.

He's such a sweet social cat and he loves his people. He really enjoys playing in the playroom with our other kittens. His little pointy ear tips just make him one of the most handsome cats ever! He was cute as a kitten, but the more he grows, the more stunning he becomes!

Adoption Fee is $75. We like our kittens to have friends so we want a pair adoption if you have no other pets unless we know a specific kitten prefers to be alone. All kittens are Spayed/Neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines, FeLV/FIV tested and microchipped.
