Darcy's Story
Darcy and her kittens went to foster when the babies were 2 days old. Darcy was a small, young cat on intake and while I was concerned that she might decline nursing her babies. Well, I was fooled. Darcy turned out to be a wonderful momma always protective and caring for her kitties. She would either lay on her back or her side, so they would nurse comfortably. She made sure they were clean. And while she is human friendly, if one of her babies would cry, she would immediately go to them to make sure nothing happened to them. She loves to play with her kittens and at times, let's them catch the fuzzy ball or any other toy, just because that is what Moms do! She likes to play and run too. Looking out the window is her favorite pastime. Darcy is deserving of a loving, forever home.
