Meet Dante – Your Lap-Loving, Book-Buddy Black Beauty!

Dante is a stunning 10-year-old black cat with sleek fur and a gentle soul. Her mother was a Siamese, and Dante inherited the silky-soft coat and affectionate nature that Siamese mixes are known for.

At 15 pounds, Dante is a bit on the fluffy side and needs an adopter who can help her reach a healthier weight. She’ll thrive with portioned meals and interactive play sessions—she especially enjoys toys on a string! A little dedication now means a longer, healthier life full of cuddles and companionship.

Dante is the definition of a sweetheart. She loves lap time, head rubs, and will even “help” you read by resting her head near your book. She’s most content curled up next to you for a cozy cat nap and truly cherishes human company.

She’s lived peacefully with other cats, though she does like to hog the food—so a feeding routine or separate meals are a must if she shares her home. She’s also done well with a calm, older dog who gave her space.

Dante is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and has had full bloodwork—she’s in great health aside from needing to shed a few pounds. She has excellent litterbox habits.
