This mother daughter duo are totally bonded and in love. I do not see one without the other. Both were scheduled to be euthanized at 4pm on the day of their rescue. They were scared and shy in the shelter environment. Since coming to foster care, both have flourished and are incredibly sweet. Mama Lilly (KRLA-A-7765) is super sweet. She loves to gently paw at you from under the bed, couch, or just walking by when she wants a little extra attention. She loves to be pet and scratched and can enjoy a good head rub for hours. Daughter Dakota (KRLA-A-7764) loves to follow mom around the house like a little shadow and it's absolutely adorable to see her little confident prance when she is next to mom. I love watching them snuggle together. They get into the cutest positions. They both love to play together frequently. Mom is still young, an estimated 2-3 years old. Dakota is about 6 months old and loves to be curious and explore on her own for a bit or play with other cats in the home, but always returns to her safe space with mom. Both of them like to sleep in bed with their human at night.
