Meet Cricket and Murphy
Meet Cricket and Murphy, a bonded pair of brothers! They are approximately 9 months old.
Cricket is a short haired brown tabby with a white belly and white socks who loves chin scratches, belly rubs, and playing with wand toys. His favorite things include Churu treats and getting lots of love and attention. He loves to be pet before breakfast and will often wait to eat until he’s spent 5-10 minutes receiving pets from his human. Cricket is the explorer of the duo and will make sure to investigate everything in a new space.
Murphy is also a short-haired brown tabby with striking stripes along his body. He likes to spend his time snuggling with his brother, especially on the cat window seat, and chasing feather wand toys. Murphy also loves Churu treats and will gladly sit on a lap for some time after he finishes his snack. He’s a little more shy than Cricket but feels much more calm when his brother is around.
What Cricket and Murphy are looking for in a home:
-They want to stay together forever and must be adopted as a pair.
-They’re new to indoor life with humans, so they need a kind and patient guide to help them continue adjusting. Loud noises, fast movements, and strangers can make them nervous.
-They can get nervous, so they need a kind and patient guide to help them feel comfortable with new experiences.
-They’ll need extra time and TLC to build trust with their new human(s). They’re very food and treat motivated and this will help build trust with their new family.
-They have lots of energy and will need plenty of active play time.
-They feel at ease in a quiet and calm environment.
-They need to live indoors only.
-They have a positive history with other cats and may like having another feline friend.
-They have a positive history with dogs and will likely get along with most calm dogs..
-They have no known history with children.
