He was rescued alongside the rest of his family just before the 4th of July, when they were found under a porch in the middle of a dangerous heat wave.<br/><br/>Comet is a bit on the shy side and is still learning that people can be kind, but every day he grows a little braver. One thing he’s sure of? He loves other cats and he’d thrive in a multi-cat home where he can learn by example.<br/><br/>If you have a gentle heart and a welcoming kitty crew, Comet would love to join your family and finally feel safe and loved. <br/>.....................................................................................<br/>Thank you for your interest in adopting! <br/><br/>To adopt, you must complete an application, have a valid photo ID, and be 21 years of age or older.
