Colt is the perfect gentleman [even though he insists on sharing his foster mom's pillow every night]. Do you want to wave a wand toy for him to play with? Sure, he’s down for that. Do you want to lounge on the couch? Okay, he’s happy to stretch out with you but if you need some me time, he’ll sleep on his cat tree instead. Do you want to practice your grooming skills on his beautiful coat? Fine, he loves to be brushed. If you’re trying to get your 10,000 steps by walking all over the house, he’s cool with that too and will happily follow. One of the sweetest things about him is that when you brush your teeth, he’ll wait nearby on the toilet seat for you to notice how handsome he is and give him a scritch under the chin. He loves scritches and pets. He has a cat condition called FIV which means he has a compromised immune system. It's not a big deal, but he will need to be indoors only and a single cat. Other cats with his condition live a full and happy life as long as they eat good quality food and have a low-stress lifestyle.
